How can I book a trip?

To make a reservation, you need to call us back, or leave a request to book a trip on our website, or message us to make a reservation on our social pages.

When is the best time to book a trip?

It is advisable to book 3-4 days before the trip so that there are 100% free seats on your chosen date and route.

In which directions is the group transfer performed?

Group comfortable minibuses run in the direction of Uzhhorod/Mukachevo – Budapest – Uzhgorod/Mukachevo. All other directions in the format of an individual car for you.

How much does a group transfer cost?

The cost of a group transfer is 50 EUR per person. Children up to and including 9 years old at a discount - 35E and we add a car seat to the trip.

Will we catch the plane or the train?

The transfer is built in such a way in advance to take into account all possible delays on the road and at the border.

Difference between a group and an individual transfer

In group transportation, it is possible to wait up to two hours for other passengers, or we leave immediately. Most often, group transfers take place in Mercedes Vito minivans. An individual car can be of a different class from a passenger car to a minibus, depending on the client's taste.

Transfer payment

The usual price includes the price for the transfer in the ordered direction. The price for a transfer in two directions includes a transfer on arrival and departure. Gratuities are not included in the price and depend on the wishes of the Customer. WARNING! No additional payment is required for child seats (if the vehicle provides the possibility), additional luggage, sports equipment.

The group transfer price includes 1 large suitcase and hand luggage.

Cancellation of reservation

You can cancel your order by emailing or by phone as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. In case of cancellation of the trip on the day of the trip, according to the rules of the company, 50% of the cost must be compensated.

Delayed arrival of transport

Flight delay or change at the airport

If your flight is cancelled, please contact the person who made the order by phone. You will need to specify new information about the flight in order to change the transfer time. Failure to comply with these recommendations may result in cancellation of the transfer. In this case, the performer is not responsible, and the customer is obliged to pay the cost of the service.

Payment for children's places

Babies (0-2 years old) and children (3-12 years old) are considered as separate passengers, as they have a seat, but YourTransfer offers you a 25% discount for children up to and including 9 years old. The rules for using child seats depend on the local laws of the country to which the transfer takes place. For the convenience of the child, we recommend that parents take with them the seat that the child is used to. Otherwise, without any problems, it will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable trip for your baby. Please specify more details when ordering. We will help you choose the most convenient option possible.

Complaint handling procedure

Transfer conditions are available on the website. Any complaint must be registered in writing and received YourTransfer within 5 days from the moment of transfer. Complaints received later, unfortunately, cannot be considered and satisfied. Complaints related to non-compliance with general rules, such as non-confirmation of the order, provision of incorrect information, etc. will not be considered. If you cannot find a representative, please contact him at the indicated phone number. Failure to comply with this requirement will render your claims invalid. The main restrictions on the transportation of goods across the border

Hungarian legislation establishes a list of what can be transported to Hungary by passengers arriving by non-air transport: Tobacco - 40 pcs. cigarettes - or 20 pcs. cigarettes (each weighing max. 3 g) - or 10 pcs. a cigar - or 50 gr. tobacco Alcohol and soft drinks: - 2 liters alcoholic, low-alcohol drinks, champagne wines or other types of wine with an alcohol concentration of no more than 22% by volume; - 1 liter a drink with an alcohol concentration of at least 22% by volume or non-denatured alcoholic products with an alcohol concentration of at least 80% by volume; - 4 liters grape wine; - 16 liters of beer
